Ayia Napa to Expand Hospitality Offerings

In a bid to expand hospitality offerings in Ayia Napa as well as attracting quality tourism, Cyprus Department of Environment has recently approved the construction of two new hotels.

The first of which is a four-star property covering 1.3ha, located in Vatheia Gonia-Asprovounos and to be constructed by T&E Ttifinis Estates. The address is expected to feature 584-beds along with bars, restaurants, swimming pools and fitness centres.

Meanwhile, Tsokkos Hotels & Resorts have unveiled plans to convert an existing tourist village into a four-star resort with 238 rooms and 12 suites, including five accessible units for guests with disabilities. The new development will also boast swimming pools, bars and a wide range of dining options.
