First Larnaca to Beirut Flight for Cyprus Airways

Cyprus Airways has undertaken its first flight from Larnaca to Beirut, Lebanon.

The flight departed from Larnaca at 10:40 and landed in Beirut at 11:20 on March 29. Cyprus Airways is initially connecting Larnaca with Beirut with two flights a week, increasing to four flights a week from May 25.

“We are absolutely delighted to introduce Beirut on our network and feel that this route will be a popular choice for short break holidays for both Lebanese and Cyprus markets,” commented Natalia Popova, chief commercial officer, Cyprus Airways.

The airline currently boasts 10 destinations, including Larnaca, within its growing network. From its hub at Larnaka International Airport, Cyprus Airways operates all its flights using Airbus A319 aircraft with a capacity of 144 economy class seats.
