On the occasion of celebrating the Restoration of Independence of Georgia as well as the 25 years of diplomatic relations between Georgia and Cyprus, Nicos Kouyialis, agriculture, rural development and environment minister, Cyprus, spoke at an event in Georgia.

Noting that the day present the opportunity to reaffirm the good level of bilateral relations between the two countries,  Kouyialis said, “Our countries have managed to establish a comprehensive, close and time-tested cooperation in various policy fields, which is reflected at the political level, the economic interaction, as well as through tourism and people-to-people contacts.”
