Proposals for Larnaca Marina

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works has announced the official submission of five proposals for the development of Larnaca Marina, the second attempt to find investors for the project.

Launched in 2013, the project aims to turn the coastal town into a major tourist hub.

Set to be the largest of its kind in Cyprus, Larnaca Marina features a total area of 510,000 m2 including the Larnaca port, marina, and the undeveloped surrounding area.

According to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, the assessment is expected to be completed by the end of April and the stakeholders that will be shortlisted will receive an invitation to a draft of the concession agreement.
