CUT Collaborates with Cyprus Wine Museum

Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) and Cyprus Wine Museum have signed a protocol to promote scientific, educational and cultural cooperation.

Andreas Anayiotos, rector, CUT and Anastasia Guy, founder, Cyprus Wine Museum, signed the protocol at the museum on February 06.The agreement covers, among other things, the expansion of scientific, educational and cultural cooperation between the two.

CUT is one of Cyprus’ three state universities, along with the University of Cyprus and Open University of Cyprus.

“Inspired by the fact that Cyprus is one of the first wine producing countries, and the advantage of owning a traditional Cypriot building that has been in my family for generations, instigated the creation of the Cyprus

Wine Museum as tribute to this integral part of the history of the island,” Guy is quoted as saying on the official Cyprus Wine Museum website.

Established in 2004, the museum is situated in Erimi, Limassol.
